How do I book a service?
In the Homse app. Pick the service, see the price and exactly what’s included, and choose a time slot. We then assign a checked professional to your booking.
Get the appWho comes to my home?
A professional we’ve checked and approved. Our team assigns each booking to a professional suited to the job, so you don’t have to choose from profiles.
When and how do I pay?
The price at checkout is the price you pay: the service price, less any coupon, plus a flat ₹80 platform fee. Pay securely in the app by UPI, card or net banking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. It’s free until we assign a professional. After that, everything except the ₹80 platform fee is refunded. Once work has started, call us and we’ll sort out what’s fair.
Cancellation and refundsWhat if the professional doesn’t turn up?
You pay nothing, and anything already paid is refunded in full. If the work isn’t finished, we’ll arrange for it to be finished or refund the part that wasn’t done.
What if the job turns out bigger than I booked?
The professional tells you before continuing, and you can agree the new price or stop. Nobody should find out about a higher price after the work is done.
